Problems

1. Documentation Management:

Forms and records related to

vehicle maintenance can often be

lost or misplaced. This can lead to inefficiencies in tracking maintenance history and can

create challenges when renewing documentation or proving

compliance with regulations.

2. Predictive Maintenance:

Many vehicle owners struggle with determining when maintenance

tasks are necessary

3. Cost Management:

Vehicle maintenance costs can

quickly add up, especially if

maintenance tasks are not performed at the optimal time or if

there are unexpected breakdowns.

Solution

A digital interface that organizes and helps users keep all maintenance

records and schedules in one

convenient location, reducing the risk of losing important information

Main Goal

To help the users efficiently track theirvehicle maintenance.

KPI

1. To arrange the user's car.
2. Reduction in financial expenses
3.Get the relevant information as

quickly as possible

Layer_1.png
Layer_1.png
Group 276 (1).png
Cost-saving:

By staying on top of maintenance, users can identify and address

minor issues before they escalate

into costly repairs, potentially

saving money in the long run.

Organization:

It helps users keep all maintenance records and schedules in one

convenient location, reducing the

risk of losing important information.

Reminders:

The website can send reminders for

upcoming maintenance tasks based

on the vehicle's mileage or time

intervals, ensuring timely servicing andpreventing potential issues.

Convenience:

Users can access their vehicle

maintenance information from

anywhere with an internet

connection, making it easier to

stay organized and informed.

Insights

Compare your vehicle to

others with the same vehicle.

Realize Costs and Budget

Accordingly.

Show your real gas mileage

and change driving habits.

The site provides service for

all means of transportation.

It is limited to US and UK

vehicles only.

The site has not undergone a

design innovation for a long

time and it has many design

mistakes.

Looks only at fuel and not

other maintenance.

Helps people understand

and save fuel.

Helps many vehicles to be preserved for longer.

The site is difficult to use

because it is not clearly

structured.

Location restriction.

The texts are long and

difficult to read.

Lots of information and

little visual.

People not only want to track their fuel consumption, they also want to understand how it is wasted and how much

distance there is a significantchange.

Lots of information in            one place.

Keep vehicles well maintainedwith timely service

reminders.

Finding trusted service shopsbased on verified reviews.

Offers service only in America and Canada.

There is no reference to forms such as car insurance,

license, etc.

The user has the option to follow the price list and sell his vehicle at the right time.

Interface built in desktop andmobile, It gives convenience to the user to use the

interface from anywhere.

Limited Coverage.

Incomplete Information, Carfax relies on data provided by

various sources.

There's still a chance of errors or inaccuracies in the reports.

People are happy that the sitekeeps track of their car maintenance and forms for them

which gets lost in time.

Its helping that the user can go way back on his history

like 7 years ago and more.

Competitor Review

Competitor Review Introduction
As part of my research, I analyzed two key competitors in the vehicle industry: Fuelly and Carfax.

Both companies focus on vehicle history tracking and ownership management, providing valuable tools for maintaining records, monitoring vehicle performance, and assisting in the selling process.
